How to Use

Week 1: Take one capsule a day in Week 1, half an hour before food. Take with juice or water. (1 per day)
Week 2: Increase to one capsule, twice a day. (2 per day)
Week 3: Take one capsule 3 times a day. (3 per day)
You can increase up to a maximium of 6 capsules a day, adding 1 capsule per day each week.
